1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the original package without contacting us first.

4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size ordered, no longer needed), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Processing Time
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
